Kaolin Clay 20 KG
What is Kaolin Clay:
Kaolin Clay; construction, ceramics, paper, glass, textile, cosmetics, agriculture and pharmaceuticals; It is obtained by processing the mineral kaolin, which is a completely natural clay. It has been refined and purified from sand and other impurities, and the grain distribution has been controlled at micronic levels to increase the reflectivity and create the most suitable film coating.
It does not enter into any chemical reaction in a wide pH range. Kaolin Clay, in terms of its physical and chemical properties, conforms to the specifications that set the standards of kaolin in agricultural use.
It protects the plants against the harmful rays of the sun, decreases the sensible temperature in the plant and continues the plant development and photosynthesis. It is a natural product that repels harmful pests.
Effect of Kaolin Clay on Plant:
When you apply kaolin clay, the plant is covered with a white veil. Micronized kaolin clay covers the plant and protects it from the harmful rays of the sun. At the same time, it disturbs insects such as fungal diseases, mediterranean flies and moths, which harm the plant, and reduces their damage to the plant.
It keeps the plant cool by shading under the sun, leaf stomata do not close and photosynthesis increases. The plant covered with kaolin clay loses less water than the leaf. Thus, the water in the soil is trapped in the soil and the plant springs even at high temperatures. It prevents the plant from entering water stress by reducing the temperature differences between day and night.
- All this works the same way in all plants.
- Increased photosynthesis,
- Decreased water loss from leaves,
The reduction of fungal diseases and the reduction of the damage of the bug beetle have very positive results on the plant.
Kaolin Clay User Manual:
Pre-Use Warnings:
It is recommended to use masks and glasses in Kaolin Clay application.
In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water.
Usage Instruction :
When preparing a suspension in the tanks of spray equipment with
or without agitator, it is recommended to mix it in a separate
container first and then melt it and pour it into the tank.
Unless a specific dose is specified, 2.5 - 5 kg of Kaolin Clay
application to 100 liters of water is sufficient. In order to
create an ideal cover layer, the application should be
made on a dry and windless day, when the plant surface is dry.
Kaolin Clay application should be repeated after heavy wind and rain.
After the application, the applied tools and equipment should be washed with plenty of water.
should be cleaned.
Miscibility :
Kaolin Clay is an inert material and does not react. But just to be sure,
it would be appropriate to prepare the mixture in a small container and test it before applying.
Storage conditions :
It should be stored in a dry and moisture-free place. Since it is a natural
material, its structure and properties do not deteriorate. It does not pollute
water resources and the environment.
